About QCI

QCI was founded by Denise Boykin, a licensed Insurance Agent as well as a Nurse Practitioner. She has over 25 years of experience in healthcare and several years of experience in case management which includes health insurance.

Statement: I am the wife of a local pastor and a mother. One of my colleagues asked me “what are you going to name your business?”. I immediately thought of Quality Care. It is my heart’s desire to provide the quality of care to my clients as I assist them with their insurance choices. I want them to know that I am here to help them.

I believe that if I do what is best for the client, then that is what is best to do. QCI’s office is designed with the client in mind. We have consultation rooms as well as a large meeting room for group sessions, Medicare 101 classes and Community Health classes.
